Change Keys not saved

Hello Birds!

I'm from Germany and using a keyboard where z and y are switched according to a US keyboard. I change this in the options, but every time I restart the game, I have to change it again.
The display resolution is saved properly, but keys not.
I need no solution, because I completed the game, but wanted to inform you.
